OUR RANCH LEGACY STORY
L Grosfield Ranch, operating for four generations, offers fee-based access to our 8800-acre family ranch. Our focus is on providing a recreational space for guests to enjoy nature while maintaining the ranch's integrity and heritage.
L Grosfield Ranch Rules

You must have permission to be on the property every visit, every time you are on the ranch - or you are trespassing.

Each and every visit must be approved by ranch owner. Do not show up at the front door.

Each successive visit after your initial check in, you must text or will be considered a trespasser. Text: 406-930-2807. Include your name and the date you are asking to be on the ranch.

Land access will not be permitted if fire danger is high.

Put all fires OUT. No fires when conditions are dry - YOU are responsible legally and financially for fire damage.

Keep ALL vehicles, including ATVs/UTVs, on allowed roads only.

No vehicles on muddy roads - walk, use a horse, or try another road.

Leave gates as you find them; take everything you bring onto the ranch off the ranch.

Use of our property is for recreational purposes only and can be restricted at any time.

Trespassers onto our property or our neighbor’s property will be asked to leave with no fee reimbursement and you are legally responsible.
